We found this amazing picture on a Pocketful of Dreams Blog that reminded us of Alice in Wonderland which has already inspired a line of beauty products like the Scrub Me Face & Body Scrub with white tea and ginger.  The pom poms in the background made a beautiful statement and they are perfect for Spring as they look like huge flowers.  The color palette was a combination of bright pastels: yellow, pink, orange, mint green, and light blue.  Since we already were reminded of Alice in Wonderland we thought a tea party scene would fit perfectly in the window.  I hand piped an array of dessert soap and macaroon soaps to highlight the scenery and create a display worthy of any party or wedding.  Join us in the process…..

How to make a Pom Pom we found a great tutorial on Martha Stewart’s website.

Here are the different stages of making a pom pom from our small to our large sizes. When you pull half of the tissue paper from one side you must turn it over and pull all the other tissue paper layers to create the full effect. It took us 3 weeks to make all the pom poms for our window display but it was so worth it.  We have people passing by taking pictures all the time and they are so intrigued that they come just to see what we are about!

In order to create our Alice in Wonderland Tea Party scene, I hand piped various dessert soaps. Yes, I said soaps!!!! They are made with an amazing blend of palm, coconut, and soybean oils to nourish and moisturize your skin, so not only do they look pretty but they are good for you too!! Here are some of Dessert Soaps for sale on our website.

The macaroon soaps were a new invention of mine created for this window display and they were such a huge hit that now they are for sale at our store and coming soon on our website.  These macaroon soaps make great hand soaps and float in water!!!  The perfect calorie-free treat for the kid in all of us!!

Here is the fruits of our labor :) Enjoy!!

OXOX,

Amanda

I took a picture of my sweet thang soap and body pop soap and incorporated them into a design for the website. I thought it could make a cute V-day card too, so here is what I did with homepage design and got a great looking V-day card!!!

If you like you can click on the above valentine pic and use it as a card for a gift or on your blog.  Just right click on the images after you have saved it to decide how many you want to print to a page and cut it out. I had lots of ideas and more will be coming soon

XOXO
Amanda
