HOW TO GET YOUR
KIDS TO WANT TO GO TO BED
As adults it’s hard to
remember a time when climbing into our warm cozy bed and slipping into
beautiful sleep wasn’t our favorite part of the day. However, if you have
children you understand that loving sleep generally comes with age. If you
don’t want to wait twenty years for your child to learn to love bed time, use
some of my tried and true tips for making bedtime wonderful for everyone
Tip 1. Create a

hurry and only have time for a shower, use Chamomile
Calm cold process soap to experience the calming effects of chamomile.
Tip 6. Give them a
snack of either a banana or warm milk.
