
This is foot scrub smells like a summer salad with all the benefits of the veggies which will bring your feet back to health.
Ingredients:
11 Swiss chard stalks, just the ends chopped
6 basil stalks, with a few basil leaves on
1 tomato, medium size, roughly chopped (use gloves to chop if sensitive)
2 jalapenos, roughly chopped
2 1/4 cups canola oil
3 cups granulated sugar


Directions:
In a blender, add the swiss chard ends, basil stalks, tomato, jalapeno, and oil. Puree until smooth about 1-2 minutes. Measure out 1 cup of this veggie mixture into a medium bowl. Add 1 cup of sugar at a time and mix with a wooden spoon until well combined. Add into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for 1 month. You will have extra of the veggie puree to make more just store in freezer and defrost when ready to make more.
